While the holidays center around celebration, our To Do Lists can sometimes inhibit our ability to celebrate the “little things” that form the foundation of the Big Things.
I practice the art of celebration with my clients by asking them to stop and acknowledge what IS… not what ISN’T.
This is a practice to Reframe our reality by taking us out of our heads and into our hearts.
When we intentionally shift our focus away from the outcome, we begin to see our lives through a portal of celebration and gratitude.

Celebrating increases your capacity to feel JOY
We spend an awful lot of time beating ourselves up for things we should have (or could have) done better, don’t we? But every time we do this, we condition our brains to see only the bad stuff!
When we take time to intentionally release the things that are holding us back from celebrating fully, we teach our brains to be on the lookout for the good stuff and all the things that have gone right.
This Reframe practice keeps us focused on the positive parts of life… and remember: Whatever we focus on expands and enhances our sense of happiness, fulfillment, and JOY.
It’s quite simply the only way to live your best life.
